Helping Small Farms Conserve Water and Grow More
Small farms, those making a profit of less than $1 million per year, may qualify for federal grants through the National Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) and use the grants to purchase gypsum. The NRCS offers grants to purchase gypsum because the material can improve water conservation efforts and help control dust levels and air quality.
