As Chairman and Managing Director of The Holloway Group, Dennis has specialized in the development and management of real estate investments, real estate brokerage, property management, investment consulting, and land banking activities.

Brian E. Maxted is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Holloway Group. Brian is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the group by working with the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.

As Senior Advisor, Vard influences all of Holloway’s operations. Vard comes as a second-generation employee of HM Holloway.

As COO, Dan currently oversees regulatory reporting to federal, state and local agencies, future planning, accounting and project development for HM Holloway, Inc..

Daniel Terry is a third generation employee of Holloway. He and his team work with clients to assess soil need and ensure they get the right products and services for their particular field.

A graduate of Cal Poly, Brian has led marketing for Holloway since 2021, winning multiple National Agri-Marketing awards and helping the company earn Inc. 5,000 honors as the top “Ag and Natural Resources” company. Before joining Holloway, he headed marketing for a pair of award-winning agtechs in FieldIn and Hortau.

Gil Luera has been in the Ag Sales and Service business for several years. He works on the Central Coast and resides in the Paso Robles wine country. He covers from the Salinas Valley down to the Oxnard Plains. Gil enjoys working with growers and ag operators in helping them find solutions to their soil needs.

Dominic works with customers in Kern County to provide the best soil amendment for their field. He is truly collaborative and looks for creative ways to meet the needs of the customer.

Mike Kennedy has worked in sales with the oil and gas industry for the past 22 years. Mike joins the Holloway team as the business development associate for our southern territories.

Steve has been working in or around the Ag industry for almost 30 years. He was born and raised in the Central Valley and still lives in the Hanford and Lemoore area, where he has been selling gypsum for years.
