CHAIRMAN AND MANAGING DIRECTOR

As Chairman and Managing Director of The Holloway Group, Dennis has specialized in the development and management of real estate investments, real estate brokerage, property management, investment consulting, and land banking activities.

CEO AND MANAGING DIRECTOR

Brian E. Maxted is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Holloway Group. Brian is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the group by working with the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. 

PRESIDENT

As President, Vard oversees all of Holloway’s sales and marketing. Vard comes as a second-generation employee of HM Holloway.

COO

As COO, Dan currently oversees regulatory reporting to federal, state and local agencies, future planning, accounting and project development for HM Holloway, Inc..

Jordan Burt
REGIONAL MANAGER – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

In his role with Holloway Ag, Jordan oversees sales and customer relationships.

Daniel Terry
REGIONAL MANAGER – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Daniel Terry is a third generation employee of Holloway. He and his team work with clients to assess soil need and ensure they get the right products and services for their particular field.

Gordon Bigler
DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL PROJECTS

Gordon currently serves as Director of Special Projects for HM Holloway, Inc. He has more than 20 years of experience in executing strategic opportunities, new business development, project budgeting, and data analytics.

Steve Lenander
DIRECTOR OF AGRONOMY

With 30 years of experience looking at the plant, water and soil relationship, Steve will assure every customer is receiving the exact prescription for the greatest return of every investment dollar.

Jeff loves that at Holloway he gets to work with farmers, agriculture and technology. Jeff is the customer relationship management administrator and agricultural services dispatcher. He also works with sales and manages the customer care team.

DOMINIC NADAL

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Dominic works with customers in Kern County to provide the best soil amendment for their field. He is truly collaborative and looks for creative ways to meet the needs of the customer.

Marcia is the Business Development Associate for the Visalia to Clovis territory. She enjoy helping agribusinesses in the Central Valley find customized value-added cost-effective solutions with Holloway’s products.

Allan Sanders

ALLAN SANDERS

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Born and raised in Madera, Allan services the valley from Hanford north. Allan has been involved in agriculture his whole life and knows the importance of customer service and building trust with growers. He works hard to ensure his customers have the quality products and services of Holloway to maximize their operation. Allan says the best part of his job is taking care of his customers by working alongside them to uncover what product best fits their needs.

Mike Kennedy

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Mike Kennedy has worked in sales with the oil and gas industry for the past 22 years. Mike joins the Holloway team as the business development associate for our southern territories.

LISA SALINAS

ACCOUNTING CLERK

Lisa handles accounts payables for all of the Holloway entities.  She is our main contact for the setup and processing of all new vendors as well as account management and reconciliations for all existing vendors.  She is responsible for fleet inventory/ maintenance and all DMV processes for the company fleet.

CLAUDIA LEPE

ACCOUNTING CLERK

Claudia is a accounting clerk at Holloway and handles the accounts receivables and payroll for the company. She is responsible for billing of all our ag products and solid waste.  

BOBBIE DICKERSON

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/HUMAN RESOURCES

Bobbie’s role is to enhance the effectiveness of the executive team by providing information & management support, as well as representing the executives to others. Bobbie also maintains Holloway’s human resources department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations. She also works to create and implement human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Laura Willoughby

CONTROLLER

Laura graduated from Fresno State as an accounting major and is a certified CPA.  Laura comes to Holloway from Kern Federal Credit Union where she was the Finance/Back Office Manager for 4 years. Prior to that, she was a partner for 24 years at Fisher, Keathley & Ross, LLP Public Accounting Firm and before that she was a staff accountant for Price Waterhouse. In her role at Holloway, Laura oversees the accounting department ad provides financial information for the executive management team.
