David was the President of Britz Fertilizers Inc. for 22 years from 1986-2008. He is currently in family farming operation of diversified crops in the San Joaquin Valley.
JOHN CROSSLAND

John is a partner in California Agricultural Soilworks and has been in the agricultural industry for more than 45 years and served in many organizations throughout the state of California.
JEFFERY GREEN
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Jeffery served as general council at Grimmway Enterprises for 27 years and also worked as the Deputy in the Kern County District Attorney’s office for four. He is the recipient of the 2006 CSUB School of Business Alumni of the Year and a 2010 inductee into the SCUB Alumni Hall of Fame. Jeffery has also served on many boards and councils over the past 20 years.
